Our family stayed at Hotel McCoy in Pullman, WA for one night in order to get an early start for a WSU campus tour. WE LOVED IT! Right away, we were enthralled by the room which had a comfy king bed and a sofa bed for the future coug., along with an adorable 50s style kitchenette. There were antique books in the room and cool decor. My husband and I enjoyed a FREE beer in the bar and watched the live folksy style singer in the quaint art deco bar, complete with counter service and a delicious handmade grill cheese menu. The staff member on duty was so personable and friendly. After a restful night's sleep, we walked back to the lobby to enjoy an oatmeal bar complete with over 20 unique toppings from dried fruit to almond butter. I typically dont love oatmeal, but the various enhancements made it fun and tasty. Staying here made our journey a memorable adventure and we can’t wait to return.

Clean, comfortable, and unique atmosphere. Friendly staff and good communication before check in. Great location to walk to WSU or Pullman. Great place to stay. My only hesitation about staying again is no hotel shuttle to airport. Lyft and Uber were a bit unreliable. College Cabs got us to/from the airport but I was not confident they would have availability and they charge $25 flat rate for a 12 minute drive to/from airport and Pullman, even when sharing a ride.

Ian was great so personable & super friendly. Morning staff was friendly & helpful with all our questions we asked about Pullman. The oatmeal for breakfast definitely unique (like the entire place). Beds were comfortable, room was very clean & loved the double sink bathroom (especially the height).

It's a cute, well-maintained property in the center of Pullman's downtown. Short (very-short) walk to restaurants and a good coffee shop, the McCoy surprised us and made the visit. The only downside was not being able to check-in without an additional fee when we arrived 25 minutes ahead of schedule. Otherwise, great.

We love staying at the Hotel McCoy! It has an eclectic vibe to it. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and up-to-date. The amenities are awesome too. A drink token for you when you arrive and a free oatmeal breakfast in the mornings... and much more. I want to give a shout out to the assistant manager Wendy for her help when I left my wedding ring behind in my room. When I called, she retrieved it for me and held onto it for me until we could pick it up. So kind! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great room. Only issues for me was the extremely loud HVAC cycling on and off all night and I couldn’t just turn it off as it was well below freezing. Then 6am traffic gets loud and constant. But getting a room back from the road would’ve helped with this. The grilled cheese sandwiches rock for sure.
