The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were accommodating even when we had to check in late. Definitely recommend! And the breakfast was great too!

We love this hotel, love the Tapas and bar at night. Haley the waitress is the best ever! I wish the rooms had a microwave and the hot tub was shut down. Beds are great! Like last year, the breakfast ladies do a great job, but the coffee was not at its best this year, pretty weak, and the chafing dishes didn't keep the entrees very hot. Will stay again next year

The staff had a little trouble getting their key coding system to work properly. It took 3 trips to the front desk to secure a key-card that worked... With this exception and the fact that the mattress was WAY too soft, it was an excellent stay...

Property was a bit old but it was clean fresh towels and breakfast was good only not enough fruit selection and room service is not 24/7 wanted more coffee pods and the front desk said housekeeping doesn’t come in till 8:30 am.

Staff are very nice and welcoming the breakfast is included and is really nice. The room I was in seemed older and a bit outdated, but it’s very large the space is amazing.
My biggest issue is the credit card policy. I have an out of state credit union and my card does not have a chip, they just don’t do chip cards. It was an inconvenience and I had to haggle to have them use the card I have

We felt safe at the property, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our breakfast onsite was delicious! Automatic pancake maker was really cool! The only drawback is that the room needed updating ..older dirty appearing carpet, mold in bathtub and under the lid of the toilet bowl. We did let the staff know.

The property is very nice to look at. When you enter the hallway leading to your room, there is an unpleasant smell. The beds are old and outdated and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Everything was fine except, 1) vending machine was broken, bar was closed so we could find anything to drink, 2) lost breakfast voucher, gave us a new one, then told us we can have what is left, which was nothing!! The desk could of told us on the phone there was not much left & save us the time of going all the way down there for nothing!

The room was comfortable but "tired." The carpets were worn and stained, and the office chair upholstery needs to be changed or at least shampooed and cleaned. The heating system is also very weak. My biggest concern was the unlocked lobby door; even after I complained that night about its lack of security and the fact that I didn't need my card to enter from the parking lot, they never sent anyone to fix it.
