What a NICE surprise find, AWAY from the freeway,and for a great deal, in Fresno!
Older, yes, but elegant in its own way. Clean, spacious room. Our room was in a back building of this surprisingly large property, and so it was, easy parking, and mostly very quiet. Everything-- TV, Fridge, A/C-Heat unit-- all worked fine. Breakfast was offered until 9, and well adequate, and had an elegant feel to it as it was located in the special area, but we noticed that as needed things ran out, even before 8:30 (milk, sausage, others), folks were told that "we're out and we're close to closing." I did see one cook bring out another plate (of sausage, I believe it was) a few minutes later. You KNOW that when you put closing at 9 (sometimes seems SO earlier for Travelers), that that's when they majority will come.
We will remember this nice place-- it was simply very nice to walk around this property!

My husband and I have been staying at this location for years! Rooms are cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Stephanie front desk is amazing she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Thank you!

This is a nice place for the price, a little outdated, the shower in my room did not work but after two phone calls to the front desk, the issue was resolved.
The breakfast is good, front desk service was also good.

It is a basic property. Room was clean. Front desk staff was courteous. Bed was not very comfortable. Pillow is one thing everybody complained about in our family. Wash room had good hot water, basic toiletries. Fridge in the room and no microwave. Pool was not heated and there was no hot tub. Plenty of towels available at the pool. Lots of eating options and shopping available around the property. Everybody mentioned great breakfast, however I disagree. I had several better breakfast experiences in other places. You have the those non appetizing scrambled eggs, boring potatoes, pork sausage, a few serial, cheap orange and apple juice, cheap commercial pastry, coffee, hot water for tea, and pan cake maker. Apple and banana for fruit. In short not much of protein in breakfast. However the restaurant area was clean and they kept refilling the food consistently to be fair. Over all it is an ok place to stay, nothing special about it.

The grounds are very well kept. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection. The rooms could use some texturing and painting, and noise traveled through the doors.

This is a comfortable older hotel with large rooms and lovely landscaping. Our room included a vanity area with a coffee maker and a desk for work. It includes a breakfast with a lot of variety ranging from eggs and bacon to fresh fruit to pastries and cereals. There is an exceptional restaurant across the street called The Annex.

The property is old and outdated. Key card entry to the buildings were non-functional. Anyone could enter all common areas. The gym is locked until 6 AM. The staff was nice. I would not stay here again.

Had to move out of first room because the AC was leaking inside the room. Then found three roaches in the second room. Will not stay there again.
