Oscar at the front was very friendly and polite. Although we are local to the area, my husband stayed here for 3 nights while he was sick to avoid getting our infant sick 😬 he was very happy with his stay, said it was clean and in a good area. He said if we ever have to get a hotel in Fresno he will definitely want to rebook here! Thank you

The buliding where our room was had exterior doors that seem to be not secured. That may have been because it was still daylight but while it appeared to be locked to where the key card had to be use to gain entry, the door wasn't actually locked.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Picadilly multiple times, and they never cease to impress me. This is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Fresno. You wouldn’t think that such an affordable hotel would be high quality, but this one is. The rooms are always clean and made up nice. The hotel and surrounding area feels safe for a female solo-traveler, such as myself. The pool/spa is very nice. The continental breakfast is a good grab and go option for those with a packed day. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Fresno, ballin on a budget. Hoping to be back soon!

Beautiful property but the rooms are terribly old. Please get rid of the depressingly old carpet or replace them.

I loved the size of the room and the blackout curtains. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thick and not comfortable for our necks.
I didn’t enjoy the noise from the staff walkie-talkies that were turned up loud while cleaning other rooms.

Very good hotel.
Overall rooms are clean and towels are super white and clean. Could use deep cleaning and or upgrade their in-rooms furniture.

The staff was friendly and informative to my questions. The complimentary breakfast was good enough the it has everything I want. The room was clean upon arrival, but the hall noise can be improved with some noise isolation treatment.

I do believe that hotel is want you to have a pleasant experience. They make everything look nice outside. But having no real or true lobby is not good. Rooms are okay, but our toilet happened to leak from the bottom. Which they switched our room promptly and it is something they would not know unless they are told. Breakfast is good but still little things missing. But still overall good. I mean overall an okay hotel in a good location with very close wonderful restaurants and shopping but it was just okay in our books

Well maintained property with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet is very tasty with a good selection.
There are no elevators to the second floor rooms, so those with mobility issues should be sure to request a ground floor when booking.
