We have stayed her 4 times now. Different staff has helped us with some repeat staff. All the staff has smiles, is chatty without being intrusive they all seem to truely be enjoying their work day. Had an issue in a room at 2am it was handled in less than 30 min from Call to front desk to 100% resolved.

This property is older with lots of character. Our bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and welcoming. We will stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

There was gum under the nightstand, the sheets were scratchy, the internet was spotty so neither the tv or devices worked well, walls are thin…SO NOISY, the hotel just looks old and run down.
I slipped in the shower because the provided bath mat didn’t stick, but the staff did bring me ice, which was nice.

The property was updated and clean. The beds were comfortable.
I did not realize that having laminate floors in the hallways makes so much of a difference compared to carpet and floors. Every time somebody let a door slam shut, the noise echoed through the hall and into our room. Thankfully, there wasn’t much noise after 10 PM, despite a graduation party happening in the ballroom across the parking lot for us.
The breakfast was adequate, though not exciting.
The front desk staff were helpful.

Our stay at Hotel Piccadilly was extremely disappointing. The room felt neglected and unclean — there was a long, thick black hair stuck to the bathroom wall that completely grossed me out. The view from our window? A concrete wall. Nothing charming about the grounds either, despite what some photos might suggest.
Breakfast was a complete letdown. The room where it was served was bleak, and the food was worse. Dry pastries, toast with nothing to put on it, strange-tasting scrambled eggs that seemed powdered, and sausage patties that didn’t taste like real sausage at all.
Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. I regret booking it. Don’t waste your money — stay somewhere else.
