This was my second time passing through Fresno, and I chose to stay here again — the location is super convenient for travelers. The room is very spacious, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the stay was extremely quiet and comfortable. What really stood out was the wall-mounted split AC unit — it’s so quiet! Compared to the loud all-in-one ACs in most U.S. hotels, this was an absolute delight. The breakfast was nice and, best of all, included. Parking is free, and the gated lot feels safe and secure. All in all, a solid and peaceful place to rest — I’d happily stay again!

The property of the hotel is excellent. The room is big and the facilities are complete. Wondeful experience living here. The front desk stuff is very helpful.

In Christmas Day they told us we can’t use WiFi

It's very bad, I didn't wait until the check-out time. At 9 o'clock in the morning, the male waiter opened the door and entered the room without knocking. It was scary

I felt I was continually being watched, I just felt uncomfortable. Plus I had my little service dog with and there not to be a charge for service dog but they charged me anyway $15.00, I would like that back. I probably would not stay there again😩

Comfortable environment

My family and I were getting to Fresno way after the check in time of 11pm. They noted it and when we arrived, we were processed without any issue.

Smelly corridor and rooms, moldy showerheads,poor laundry service management, unfriendly receptionist.....

Dirty tables by the pool Locks were broken on the hallway doors felt uncomfortable with that Breakfast was had limited choices same everyday Staff was nice

Clean room and a very beautyful pool

I have health issues and the staff was very accommodating.

I particularly enjoyed the staff and the cleanliness. The floors are not carpeted, which means they are easier to clean and there is no particular smell in the room. At the front desk, we were treated with respect by Stephanie and there were no glitches in checking in. She was so clear in her delivery and we felt welcomed. We even had time for a quick dip in the pool and the water was clean. We will come back!!!
