This was my second time passing through Fresno, and I chose to stay here again — the location is super convenient for travelers. The room is very spacious, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the stay was extremely quiet and comfortable. What really stood out was the wall-mounted split AC unit — it’s so quiet! Compared to the loud all-in-one ACs in most U.S. hotels, this was an absolute delight. The breakfast was nice and, best of all, included. Parking is free, and the gated lot feels safe and secure. All in all, a solid and peaceful place to rest — I’d happily stay again!

The property of the hotel is excellent. The room is big and the facilities are complete. Wondeful experience living here. The front desk stuff is very helpful.

In Christmas Day they told us we can’t use WiFi

It's very bad, I didn't wait until the check-out time. At 9 o'clock in the morning, the male waiter opened the door and entered the room without knocking. It was scary

The hotel is one of my favorites nice place clean rooms

Front desk staff was efficient and hospitable. They asked helpful questions and made accomodations to make our stay more convenient while we were traveling with small children. We didn't even have to ask. Check in was easy. The room looked a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable and the property looks well maintained.

We had multiple issues with our key card as did both other people that had gone with us who also had their own rooms. We were there 1 night and took 3 different key card resets. We also discovered that unless we slammed our room door it didn’t latch and anyone could walk in. We bought premium room which was supposed to be 100 sq feet bigger than a regular room but looking at our friends rooms it was no bigger than there regular ones.

The property is rundown and the room are very old with a dire need of upgrading and renovation.

The property is dated, but it’s well-maintained. Nice grounds almost like a park like setting. Staff is very helpful and very cheerful. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.And breakfast was good too as it was provided at no extra charge. Would definitely stay there again.

Super quiet area easy to get around bed is nice and it’s pretty clean

Check in and check out processes were fine. The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable

Really like the Piccadilly-we’re a little disappointed because bathtub couldn’t stay filled. Toilet had trouble flushing.

I was unfortunately unable to stay because work kept me until the next day. I know the hotel is great for me as I've stayed before and was very satisfied. So, I guess this is a rating for something that could've been. Knowing the hotel's reputation and prior experience, I feel that I would've been satisfied during this stay.

This is a nice place. Big room, clean room, nice pool, nice breakfast. And the price is good. Would come back for this price.

We couldn't find a microwave anywhere wich was odd. Everything else was good.

Stayed in room #169, the shower took forever for warm water (dial opposite of actual); water trickled...was warm...cold...warm...cold...this was awful to get all the soap off.
