Charge me twice nobody is responding to my calls

Unfortunately we didn’t feel this to be a 4-star hotel experience. Location in the hills made for a great view and appearance of building inside and out was pleasing. The small details is what made this a mediocre visit. Elevator seemed to show age because the faux panels had chips and cut lines showed splintering. Outlet by coffee pot didn’t work so we had to move coffee pot to restroom in order to use. Wife said coffee was horrible. Room door made noises as if someone was trying to get in but it was housekeeping working at 4:30pm and as they slammed doors to nearby rooms the air pressure caused our door to move. I had to fold cardboard to stick in door to quiet the rattle. TV remote didn’t work properly. Laurel restaurant was very expensive based on the fact that entrees didn’t come with sides they had to be ordered as another billed item. The food was tasty but overall it was basic so we were disappointed. These details may seem minor to most clientele but when an average couple looks to pay a little more for a great experience those flaws stick out.

Great stay. My only concern was that I was charged incorrectly at checkout and told that it would take 5-7 days to give me my money back, “depending on my bank” which seemed to imply this was my fault. I don’t know why they couldn’t charge me correctly in the first place, it wasn’t a complicated stay with lots of charges. Otherwise, very happy.

Lovely hotel in great location. Very peaceful and relaxing. Perfect for a quick couples trip.

Loved our stay there, everything was wonderful except for our room felt a little small and too close to the front door, we heard everyone come in and out their door in the hallway…and it was too loud. Maybe next time we’ll get a room a little deeper or different orientation.

Elegant and relaxing

Wonderful stay at Hotel Viata. Simo, was an excellent server at the Laurel Restaurant. He is so kind and professional. The pool was so fun on the Saturday my son and I went. The hotel is classy, pathetically pleasing and quiet. 10/10

Excellent Hotel. Have stayed there several times. Check-in is quick and friendly. Room is beautiful. Parking is free, and in a garage. Mild complaint is that I ordered a pretty expensive Ribeye from room service. The steak was absolutely not a Ribeye. I didn't send it back nor complain because I was tired and hungry.

Such a unique and very pretty property. It was quiet and located near anything we needed!

I wish I could’ve stayed longer, it was. Lovely hotel design, it’s upscale and ideal for couples. The lobby smells divine, the rooms are decorated well and I loved the mattress.

Place has tons of amenities! Well worth it in every way

The Hotel Viata was a clean, accommodating, boutique hotel. We were there for a close-friends funeral, but the kindness of your staff and the overall experience was extremely pleasing.

Amazing views. Beautiful place

Great location, secluded and safe, excellent front desk, refreshing pool, immediately felt relaxed.

Poor housekeeping service timing. Stained and dingy carpet. Foul smelling refrigerator.

Hotel was nice. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. There were hair balls and strands of hair in the shower.

After a week on the beach, this was the way to relax and finish our family trip.

Beautiful place to unwind as they have a spa and a patio where you can relax with a glass of wine🍷not mentioning the confy bed and extra confy pillows💆‍♀️
