Really loved this hotel. Though very chic in it's decor, there was also a cozy vibe to it with it's modern lodge aesthetic. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and great size. I also appreciated the included breakfast options as well as the restaurant onsite. The food at the restaurant was amazing and was a great feature to have.

Checkin was slow and the computer system did not recognize my last name. We stayed 5 nights and the second day they tore up all the carpet on our hallway floor for replacement. That procerss was nosiy all that day but then they put down large cardboard sheets. However, the sheets kept moving and creating ridges and "waves" which made walking hazardous. The hotel was not that crowded and I don't know why they didn't put us on a different floor. The continental breakfast was used by the help as well and 3 mornings we went down to find no coffee available and most of the bagel and pastry choices gone. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is great. The restaurant is awesome, we ate every meal here and would go back for more! The free coffee and cont. breakfast was an added bonus. It’s clean, modern, and great staff. We loved it

This was a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive. Only issue I had was that I called a month before my stay because this site says microwave upon request and was told the room I booked had one to find out when I got there it wasn’t and I couldn’t get one. Plus the water on the shower didn’t get hot.

Our only complaint is that the water pressure as well as the hot water was horrible. We took barely warm close to clod to be honest and the water pressure was horrible. The cleanliness as well as the shower are 2 things I really care for when staying away from my home so this was a bit of a low point for us during our stay.

Well usually we have no issues but William gave us issues checking in as I had my wifes credit card which I had the last 2 times before ? So I had to wait for my wife to arrive. Then there was a noise complaint which I have no idea why but I had the tv maybe up a little ? Was just not a good stay this time unfortunately.
