older hotel that has been renovated and would be great in a vineyard or country setting . It probably was originally until freeways were built and aextended stay hotel was built on same property. It was very clean and comfortable. service was excellent but not worth the price.

Everything was almost perfect. What we didn't like was the light that came in through the blinds at night. There is a parking lot next to the hotel and it's very bright. Putting blackout curtains in addition to the blinds would really help.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was ok. Great service!!

The Spanish architecture of the property is quaint - very pretty.

The hotel lobby is attractive. We requested a quiet room and got one. The breakfast room is also welcoming and the food was fine.

Nice atmosphere, great location and staff was friendly and room was clean. Mattress was not super comfortable, but we did sleep. I would stay here again.

The hotel was great - especially for the price point! Rooms were clean and comfortable. They're are great outdoor spaces to gather with friends. We had a shared balcony right off our room where our whole group could visit. The food you can order was delicious reasonably priced. Great hotel to stay at when going to a concert at Shoreline Amphitheater. This will be our spot to stay when going to concerts!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and so many amenities! Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, way worth the stay

Location was very convenient to shopping/dining across the street. Room very comfortable, nice rain shower head in bathroom. Happy there was small fridge, coffee machine, and microwave in room.

Location is right next to a fwy. Very noisy outside in Patio area. Other than that my room was not ready at 4:00 so we had to come back later to drop off our belongings..

Quiet and great location.

The place is gorgeous! The only downside was the traffic noise while you were outside, on the patio. But the price and location to my event was so accessible that it made up for it. Plus I could not hear the traffic in the hotel room so we had a nice stay. Thank you

Except for a little difficulty finding the entrance, we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and accomodating. The underground garage with an elevator was a surprise bonus. The breakfast with breakfast burritos and other items was more than adequate for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We returned from a long day at Stanford cancer center to find our bed unmade and dirty towels still on the bathroom floor. When we called the front desk, we told they only had housekeeping one day a week (who makes up the rooms when guests check out?) and we needed to take the dirty towels to the front desk, where the clerk made sure we only received exact replacements for the ones we brought up. The towels were like the cheapest ones from Costco, not something that would be stolen (unless the guest had a meth habit... tweakers will steal anything). Otherwise, it's a pretty decent hotel, but I'd recommend staying on an upper floor so you don't hear someone tromping around. We stayed here in the past, but it was only one night, so we didn't encounter the towel Grinch.
