This is an excellent place to stay if you are going to Disneyland. The free parking and free shuttle to and from the park are invaluable and not only save you money but time in the park as well. The free breakfast is a great bonus add-on. We loved our stay.

The property seems bit old but it's okay to stay.
Also, it's okay for a man to stay alone, but it's not recommended to go with your girlfriend.
The worst part was the Wi-Fi.
There was Wi-Fi, but it was completely unusable.
If you live in the US, Wi-Fi won't be an issue, but if you're a tourist using roaming, think about Wi-Fi.

It was a non-smoking property and our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke which made my daughter sick as she has asthma. Bedding was soiled. Walls had holes in them. It was very dirty and 5 days before we arrived, someone left a review of bed bugs. We did not stay there. I had to get a different hotel reservation and didn’t receive a refund from the Howard Johnson hotel for any days. Overall a terrible experience.

Great hot breakfast, they gave us a room with a patio door by the pool. Free shuttle to Disney. Great AC.

I'm sure the maintenance staff is trying their hardest with the time and resources they have available, but it felt like staying in the Haunted Mansion. There was no microwave or fridge in our room. I got bug bites, but I was the only one.

Building its run down, it needs some updates for sure. Mold in tub, hairs in bathroom floor, stains in towels, definitely not the best experience.

I had high hopes based on the exterior, but the room was a major letdown. It felt neglected—unclean, outdated, and unfortunately, I even saw roaches. It was upsetting and not what I expected. I hope the management considers a full renovation soon.

The staff was very arrogant and when we told the toilet flush was not working, they said the plumber will come the next day to check, they did not offer another room too and I had to try and fix myself.
The room entry had issues on both the days and on the same night I had to come down 4 floors to get it fixed at the reception. The breakfast options are very limited.

Phones apparently “just ring” at 2:30 in the morning… how is that normal or anything someone paying $90+ per night should deal with? No apologies from staff, they couldn’t care less. Key card systems do not work which is very inconvenient when you’re exhausted getting back to your room at the end of the night, having to go back and forth to the front desk because even when they reset the cards you still cannot get in.

Nasty place. Look for other options. Not worth the cheaper price. Nasty carpet. The facility is in such poor shape... it needs to be torn down - renovation would require more $ than just a rebuild. Breakfast is bad... only serves meat on Fridays and Saturdays. We had to go out for breakfast. The shuttle to Disney was an ancient shuttle with limited pick-ups during the weekdays.
