The staff is excellent here. The lobby is spacious. And the rooms are good. Best stay for the $ in Orange County. I’m always doing business here and compared to the Hilton this is better hands down at 1/2 the price and still a nice place .

Did not get the hotel room I paid for. Hallways were disgusting, lot of water damage and just dirty everywhere. There were shoe prints on the ceiling of my room on the top floor. There were multiple cable size holes in the wall of my hotel room. You could hear everything going on in the hallways through the door. Staff was kind, but unable to do anything on their part to fix my room issue, claiming it was Expedias fault and they were booked for other rooms (I could get back on Expedia and book the room I wanted that night, the communication between the hotel and Expedia is not good) Continental breakfast was pretty limited. Shuttle to Disney was fine and timely. I would not stay again.

Las condiciones del hotel en general no son buenas, alfombras super sucias y manchadas. Encontramos una cucaracha muerta en el cuarto. La atención al llegar al tampoco fue la mejor, poca actitud de servicio. Las mesas del comedor en donde sirven el desayuno, también en malas condiciones. En general ya se ve un hotel viejo y le hace falta mantenimiento. Por último no tiene letrero para ubicarlo y se confunde con el Holliday Inn Express.

Muy buena la estancia relación precio calidad, el desayuno lo suficiente para iniciar el día y ahorrarte un poco, las instalaciones no son lo más nuevo que digamos pero por el precio y si solo buscas un lugar a donde hospedarte y salir todo el día es perfecto ya que el camión te lleva a los parques y te ahorras el estacionamiento del auto
