Mi habitación olía muy mal y los desayunos no tienen mucho sabor

Staff were good, the room that I booked for my family and I were no where near as shown in the picture online

Room was clean. A little outdated. Front desk staff was friendly but short staffed. Pool was clean.

The entire place reeks, smells like cigarettes throughout the entire building and elevator. Once we arrived in our room I immediately looked around for roaches as the state of the room was so worn down and there were water marks on the walls and ceiling. Pieces of the molding were missing and just overall horrible shape. Our room door lock didn’t work and we had to ask for a new room. Front desk was able to accommodate a new room with working lock but the state of the room was the same as the first. The windows were cracked around the edges and felt as if the entire frame would collapse if I tried to open the window. Really run down building.

La regadera del baño de la habitacion no tenia cortina, por lo que al bañarse, el agua se tirara al suelo. Wifi bueno.

While the hotel stay itself was okay, the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. The baseboards were half off in some places, the carpet in the room and hallways were filthy and stained. Our room had black liquid came up from the sink as we were getting ready to leave. It worked for our stay for Disney.

I will be back here for sure! Close to Disney parks, shuttle and breakfast included with hotel stay. I arrived early and was able to get my bags checked-in at the Front desk and they were really nice and helpful. I was really tired coming back from the parks and still had to get my room and bags and misunderstood some things communicated to me by front desk but she was so nice and cleared Things up for me and didn’t seem annoyed or “judgy” as that can happen with customer service. But not here! I really enjoyed my stay!

It's worth the price

The front desk staff were Very nice! That was the ONLY thing good!! I will never ever stay there again!! So discussing, the noise was unbearable ear plugs didn’t work!!

Very easy to find property, plenty of parking and friendly staff. Room was decent. Hotel was very close to both Disney and Portos

The door keys didn’t work I had to move rooms and they still didn’t work the bathroom was not very clean and they didn’t clean our room even once

The hotel was very rundown dirty, and the location just did not make me feel safe. The parking lot was not well limited. Would not stay again

Transfer de acesso ao parque da Disney facilita muito a ida/volta do parque. Estação de trem é próxima, o carro de App fica barato. Café da manhã é bom para o padrão básico americano. Quarto precisa de algumas melhorias na manutenção. Mas para quem busca um quarto simples e confortável a um preço acessível é uma boa escolha.

A huge mistake to stay here. Very dirty and run down. Only one light in the room worked and it was not plugged in when I got there. Air conditioning was loud and never really cooled the room. I was afraid to use the bathtub because it was so dirty with rust stains.
