Not very clean.

Fair value Belfast offering was limited King Room was clean

I booked a stay at this hotel and canceled like 5 minutes after I booked it when I arrived. This was due to me booking online and not knowing the condition of the hotel, until I got there. The room condition was bad and it smelled like pure smoke. The manager on duty told me that he would give me a full refund and assured me that would be no problem. Well, he lied and decided to keep almost a $150.00 and refused to give it back. I will never book a room here again, and I will notify other people as well not to. Bad customer service! Do not lie to your customers. A bad experience!

The staff was amazing

The room we were given had been left in unacceptable conditions. A sitting chair had been left with fresh vomit in it. The vomit had poured out the bottom of the chair on the surroundings of the chair. The chunks of vomit had been left inside of chair and on carpet. When we first entered room we were curious about the overwhelming smell but could not understand what it could be. We exposed our children to unacceptable conditions. I asked to have our stay discounted for the unacceptable situation we were put in, we were told no. I believe this situation should be considered for a refund or a discount. Please contact me. Property also had mold in shower. My kids had to shower in a plugged tub. Guy came in and took chunks of hair out of the drain and didn't even clean up his mess. Don't stay here!

Place smelled like sewage. Showers dirty, tv got 3 channels, there was a used toothpick for dental floss in the chair, one wash cloth for a reservation of 3…. On and on

The room was not properly cleaned. There was a chunk of food on the ground and a used tooth flossing stick. I checked in around 11:45pm. I tried to call the front desk to complain about it but the phones was not working. The room had a smell of smoke, even though the person at the front desk gave me a stern warning against smoking. I am not a smoker, so this smell was disgusting to me. I didn’t feel confident in the cleanliness of the sheets. The paint on the walls was peeling and the electrical socket near the bed was hanging out of the wall. I stayed in Room 104. This was a very unpleasant experience.

WIFI IS BAD. ROOM IS OLD WITH MANY HOLES ON THE WALL. CARPET HAVE A FOULD ODOR LIKE PET URINATE

The bed , pillows and covers were not good . Very uncomfortable, stains on blankets . I typically don’t mind hotel pillows so I did not bring my own this time & I regretted that . I have no clue how to even describe the pillows that were on the bed , other than they don’t belong. We looked at breakfast but did not eat anything, not a lot of options and not very appealing.

A handicap room should have low beds and shower chair without asking room looked different in pictures and as far as I’m concerned any motel that charges a extra deposit is not worth staying if that would have been mentioned up front I would have picked a different place

Very rude not friendly at all

I didn't stay for my trip. I booked the room but my plans changed. I have been unable to get my refund from them. I can not even get them to respond to formal emails. They are not responding to Hotels.com. The one time i was able to get them on the phone, the thick accented man was extremely rude and even hung up on when i continued to ask him questions. Look it's in the hood, cheap, and directly off the interstate. I had very low expectations, so, i get what i get. The Hotels.com people were very nice and professional.

The rooms have a musty smell and the beds were squeaky. The property has not been maintained- light bulbs out, chips all over the wall and furniture. The air conditioner was not cooling well, we ended up leaving and booking another room, we could not stay here, it was gross and even though we were offered another room it was even worse with stains on the sheets. I do not recommend.
