The room smelled like mold and got out of the shower walked on the carpet to get get dressed and my feet were black from dirt

TV does not work, and nothing has been done since reporting it

Everything about my stay was great, gentlemen the front desk was quite friendly and had a great conversation with him before calling it a night.

Breakfast wasn't anything but cereal and coffee. Bed was decent. The front desk service was excellent tho.

08.07.25 - Queen bed, 1st floor: the stay was actually fine, it wasn’t anything spectacular, but it wasn’t supposed to be. The furniture inside the room is extremely worn, to the point where the leather chair is peeling and looks like something they picked up at a garage sale. The carpet is not clean, either, it’s vacuumed, but if you walk around on it and then look at your feet, you can tell it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. The towels are also extremely small, they are like extra large hand towels, and it would’ve been nice if there was a coffee maker in the room. There’s a refrigerator in a microwave and an ironing board… But no coffee maker. It’s a commuter hotel and I get that, but the walls are paper thin plus being on the first floor made for excessive noise upstairs with heavy foot traffic. The overnight stay served its purpose, but given the choices in the area I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Improvements need to be made if they are going to compete. 6.9 out of 10 Recommend. —J

I enjoyed the spacious room and the location to drive to downtown. The employees were also veru nice.

Good hotel, clean, reasonable price. Nothing fancy, would stay at again. Only had one small packet of shampoo available, fine if you do not have much hair and your wife is bald.

The day was productive. Got a lot of work done quiet and interrupted the way I like to get the work finished quickly.

It was good but not so superficial to stay worth with a family. Toiletries offer were so limited and towels were so small. The towel rack has a rusty features might be hazardous to health.

we originally had a slight hiccup with the room television, not working, but once issue was resolved, we enjoyed the rest of our stay

It had an old torn chair in my room, that I wouldn't let my dog sleep on. Two bath towels were stained, what looked to be blood. I haven't stayed there for probably a year and it has really gone down hill.

It was a wonderful stay except for the breakfast bar consisted of no milk no waffle maker no egg maker no sugar had cold coffee and a piece of bread not cool

This was the best hotel so far on the trip. Service was friendly. Showers were not broken. Room and hotel were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean and affordable hotel. Good location. Breakfast needs to be updated with a little more effort to utilize that space. It’s worth it and bring more business there due to that did the business travelers.

Booked as smoking room on Expedia was told at check in that the property was non smoking. Upon entering the room I immediately saw two crumpled cigarette butts under the dresser. There was a cigarette burn in the bed covers the window had a stick in it to keep it from being slid open from the outside. The vending machine was old and from the 80’s or 90’s it only took singles no credit card or change and the night manager was very unhelpful when I asked for change to purchase a soda. Over all I was very displeased and will not stay there again.
