Check in was really easy she was wonderful and polite. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures which is always nice. The pool was wonderful. Hot tub was wonderful clean or easy to access. We loved everything about it.

Although we do not spend too much time in the hotel, we enjoyed our stay. I do wish there was a better variety of food. i.e eggs, sausage, etc. I was super glad they were so close to this little town strip, which we enjoyed twice as well as the nearby attractions like deer farm and Bearizona. The closest city is Flagstaff so you do have to drive around 30 minutes but the view to the city is worth it.

The vending machines dont work and the key cards for the door are glitchy. The room was just the standard: sleeping space, mini fridge, microwave and closet bathroom. The pool is small and they dont have pool towels. They dont have luggage carts but there also arent that many rooms. Overall, it just feels more like a motel, and its a little less than three times too expensive.

Stepping into the room felt like a journey back to the 1970s, accompanied by an unpleasant odor and a sense of neglect. The hotel appeared run-down, and the room itself was in dire need of renovation. Had I not prepaid for the stay, I would have promptly sought accommodations elsewhere. To make matters worse, we discovered used, dirty soap bars left behind, which was both unsanitary and disheartening. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and highlighted the urgent need for improvements.

When we checked in the front desk couldn’t find my reservation room was ok bed was hard water pressure sucked my husband hurt his foot in the pool due to the stairs being messed up my bathroom door had a hole in the door
