Only issue we had was the breakfast. No eggs, bacon or sausage, oatmeal, bagels or cream cheese. Only hot item was a waffle.

Nice property! Wish they had a bigger breakfast area and more food choices!

Good service

Everything was very clean. It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk from where all the cute shops are. It was a great price. If you don’t like a firm bed, then you wouldn’t want to stay here more than one night.

Walls and floors were paper thin. Could hear everything. Kept rolling off the lopsided bed all night. Was woken up just after 4:00am with weed permeating throughout our room and the hallway. We left then because weed triggers my migraines. Breakfast was available at that time so I don’t know how good it was or wasn't. We had to waste more money on buying breakfast. We had called the front desk and the worker was either high or asleep. Said he'd check us out but didn't. We had to call later and the lady lied saying we had been already checked out. She checked us out though, just in time to not get charged an extra night. Stinks to not get a full night sleep due to noise and weed. They say they charge $250 for weed/smoke. It seems unlikely they care, especially if they're the one's smoking it. If there's a fee for smoke, do I get a refund for having to leave early because they won't enforce their own rules? Ridiculous. Otherwise rooms were clean, just outdated and rundown.

Nice hotel with hot spa and pool next to the Grand Canyon railroad.

Nice place with easy access to downtown walking or the Train to Grand Canyon. Watch out for the hair dried it’s easy to get burned

The air in the room didnt worked abd when i called the front desk they said turn it off and tirn it back on in 10 mins

I had a 2 queen room. The room was very comfortable and clean, but the bath mat in the tub was dirty and the soap holder in the shower also needed better cleaning. The pool and jacuzzi were nice to have. The breakfast offered was limited and needs to be upgraded. The staff was great and very helpful . I would stay there again because the negatives were minimal

We had a great experience. The rooms were a bit dated, but they were very clean. The pool was warm and a short walk to Williams historical district.

I was pleasantly surprised . The hotel looked very fresh and clean. breakfast was more than just "continental" very good. Staff was friendly and helpful, gave us great recommendation for restaurant. would surely stay here again!

The vending machines dont work and the key cards for the door are glitchy. The room was just the standard: sleeping space, mini fridge, microwave and closet bathroom. The pool is small and they dont have pool towels. They dont have luggage carts but there also arent that many rooms. Overall, it just feels more like a motel, and its a little less than three times too expensive.

Check in was really easy she was wonderful and polite. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures which is always nice. The pool was wonderful. Hot tub was wonderful clean or easy to access. We loved everything about it.

Everything was good, would recommend.
