Excellent welcome after a 15 hour, previously cancelled flight! Room was clean, towels and toiletries available, great hair blower…. If you need anything extra, management is there to please. Highly recommended🌹

You get what you pay for. While the staff was great, the property needs a major upgrade. It has the smell of an old hotel, I slept on top of of the bed for fear of bed bugs and on my last night there I slept in a chair because there was a bug looked like a tick hanging on the sheet. By the end of my stay I was getting sick from the smell.

The hotel is clean, the staff were polite, and the facilities are basic but adequate. Getting there is an undertaking. The Orbitz listing does not mention a shuttle. However, the main hotel website says there is a shuttle. The shuttle stop at Newark airport says there is a shuttle. When I called from the shuttle stop the gentleman at the desk told me they do not have a shuttle. The location is in an isolated industrial area with no public transport access (do not believe Google Maps - it's wrong). If you don't have a car, budget extra for Uber or Lyft.

The guy at check in was rude. Not friendly not smiling. Very aggressive while asking and taking my ID. The room had oily hand prints on the wall. The bathroom was nit properly cleaned. I couldn't wait to check out the next day.

This hotel was dirty. They had bulletproof glass up at the check in that is a bad first impression. Got to my room and had hair all on the bathroom floor and shower. There's trash stacked up on the side of the building and overall just dirty everywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Horrific. Don’t stay here. I am not picky AT ALL about hotels. I honestly can stay just about anywhere for a night & get through it without complaint. I know what kind of budget friendly hotels I book but this one was disgusting. The room smelled SO BAD that I had to go buy frebreeze to even stomach it. Super shady area & transient looking people hanging around. Didn’t feel safe at all. Even for 1 night I wouldn’t do it. Also, in the middle of industrial area so the outside smell was also horrible. The entire neighborhood didn’t feel safe just driving around in the daytime.

The place doesn’t look like in the picture, the room smells, I got there around 1 or 1:30 am because I had a late flight and I left at 4 am and not returning back. Around 3:30 am I saw a bug named centipede on the ceiling and walked through the wall.
