Howard Johnson Hotel&Conf Cntr by Wyndham Fullerton/Anaheim

Don’t believe their add or pictures…false advertisement. This hotel is trash, don’t waste your money. Shuttles handicap accessibility is broken. They offer mini fridges but don’t ever put it in your room despite being told they would. When asked for an extra ice bucket to keep my babies milk after not getting a fridge I was told they didn’t have any extra. Doorways are narrow and not good for accessibility. Several outlets in room didn’t work and phone didn’t work to call front desk. Water in showers were cold. Front desk workers had no clue and said I would have to talk to a manager m-f 8-5. The beds were very uncomfortable with large dips in the center of the mattresses. Broken glass in the parking lot and Broken glass near the front doors was covered up with a wet floor sign instead of being cleaned up. It is also twice as far from the park as what they advertise. It take 15 minutes in no traffic, not 8.

It’s nice, it does the job. The hallways are the worst part, but once you get in the room it’s fine. The free breakfast was nice, but the WiFi is nonexistent. Seriously update your internet, it’s 2025

I always stayed here for the closest to everything. The Disney parks and stores.

What I liked most about this hotel was that they offer free rides to DL and it’s surrounded by a lot of places to go out and eat

This hotel is a little run down but the price fits that. The hotel staff are amazing! Kind, quick and knowledgeable. It offers free breakfast but the food choices are small. It was a perfect hotel to save on my disney trip. They even have shuttles to and from the park.

This hotel is too old

Please invest in a room designer and start updating your building and the rooms. The less than bare minimum is no longer working anymore.

This is not a 3 star hotel. This is a run down filthy motel. Everything is in bad shape. The beds were sunken in the middle. The smell....very musty. The carpets have not been cleaned in a very long time. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls in many many places in the halls and room. The tile is cracked everywhere and the paint is scuffed and peeling everywhere. Worst ever

I had an important event and had to be there on time. Checking in at 3:00, they had overbooked the rooms. I had already made my reservation. Unfriendly staff.

Except shuttle service , not good

It was rundown and dirty

We were first given a room on the ground floor that had a broken window opening up to a parking lot. We did not feel safe and asked for a new room. The new room that we were given was smaller and did not have a refrigerator or microwave. We were told that they were unavailable and had to make a deal by throwing away our items that needed refrigeration The next morning we were greeted with a breakfast that consisted of wet eggs, slimy oatmeal, red apples, with bad spots all over them and a selection of brown bread, white bread, white bagels, or soggy waffles that you have to put in the toaster. We also selected this hotel because it offered a complementary shuttle to the parks. The shuttle did not keep to supposed to schedule and we were left stranded at the parks for over an hour at night during the the hours of 7 to 9 PM when there should’ve been at least four shuttles returning to collect us. We had to summon an Uber to get back to the room. When we did arrive at the room, our room key had been deactivated, and we had to return to the front desk with sleeping babies, waiting in a long line of gas, checking in to let them know the situation. At that point, I expressed my displeasure with amenities, room and the faulty, shuttle and asked if I could be released from my contract as I made the booking via Expedia. I was given a sincere apology by the front desk attendant, and told that I should at least stay the night and work out it out in the morning. Now they won’t refund.

The staff was very helpful however the building is falling apart and was disgusting. Breakfast was awful and there were very few choices.

The hotel seemed good online but when we walked in the walls had dents and the hall carpet was worn out very dirty. Carpet was very gross in the hallway and in the room. Definitely not worth what I paid. It is in a great location just need someone to invest in it

Nice motel

Very bleak, the room smelled like terrible mildew or mold, stains on the carpet everywhere. Wallpaper coming up in the room and in the ice areas. There were major cracks in the walls. The window was open in the room we walked in it was so terribly hot. Being a mother and daughter traveling I felt like they could not put us further than the front area or consciences of an elevator exterior doors they put us on the 4th floor and like 4 rooms from the end of the hotel. Just felt unsafe. The evening shuttle driver we got Thursday evening from pickup at Disneyland was speed racing with a van full of people, had super loud inappropriate music playing with a shuttle of children at 11:30pm after picking us up, and not to mention was almost an hour late. Yeah very disappointed.
