This was a stop on our train trip. we picked this hotel because it is across the tracks from our stop. It is a very nice place. We did have a few issues but nothing major. I would stay there again. Very comfortable bed.

The property and team members were great, but the management failed to advise anyone, even it's own staff, that they were doing 2 days of fire alarm testing. Working nights, I was VERY upset not getting to sleep for 2 days, and actually evacuated the building on the first alarm... This is no way to treat your guests.

I did like the property and room cleanliness.
However, did witness from our hotel room homeless man with pants down by train. Had to make sure my children wouldn't witness that.
So, safety can be an issue at times.
The front desk, employee was extremely rude anytime we needed assistance. Check in, etc. Everyone else came in contact was courteous and professional.
Nevertheless, be aware of train and family safety when leaving hotel. Be vigilant.

This property is a good place to stay. Traffic and trains are a tad noisy but you have the same issue with other properties in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping with walking distance and a free hop on hop off bus service that loops to stores and restaurants further away. Nice pool, hot tub and exercise facility. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Guest services staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was easy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was included, and the spread was very nice. Nothing was lacking, the stay was very pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, filled with light and immaculate. All lights, televisions and remotes in working condition. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Quiet hallway. Full breakfast buffet included. Self-parking easy, safe and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back.
