The property was near the airport with shuttle service. The room had a kitchenette and was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room vwry clean

Nice room for the price! I had a suite with a kitchenette, which suited me since I had some of my food I needed to use up before a flight. The paid parking was a bit annoying, but the staff were really good and it all seemed pretty newish. Went and had a beer at the bar, and the food being served there looked pretty appetizing too. Breakfast in the morning was okay.

It was very clean, staff were friendly. Easy parking. Breakfast was good, we were pleased that you a full cooked breakfast. The only negative thing was that I was unable to get on the Internet with my laptop. I contacted your IT people. I work in IT, and it was a DNS address that had to be added. However, this only took a few minutes to fix. I was pleased to be able to talk to someone at 1 am.

Paying for parking? Why..the parking lot was half full most of the time. Free breakfast? If you like stale and cold food. Only one day out of three could we even eat the bagels otherwise eggs were runny and cold, tater tots (passing for a hash brown) were cold and cold French toast! What a waste of money…I knew we should’ve stayed at a Hampton Inn.

We booked this hotel thinking it was Hyatt place not house. We were exhausted and made a simple mistake. Less than an hour after we realized our mistake, we asked the hotel for grace to cancel and they flat out refused and said tough luck. Wow. Who doesn’t make mistakes? We went through Expedia who also asked for grace / a refund on our behalf to stay where we needed. Double no. Again, wow. I talked to Sunny (or Sonny) on the phone who rudely denied my request and laughed at me for my error and request. Suffice to say, abysmal customer service, unkind staff with no grace or kindness. Hyatt has lost my business. Don’t stay here. In a world of so many hotel choices, choose somewhere where they at a minimum show kindness.

The property was well maintained and modern. It was conveniently located near the airport. The rooms were spacious with a small kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. I was impressed with the breakfast. Better than many. Overall a wonderful stay.

They failed at getting me to and from the airport. On the way to I had to get an uber. On the way back the receptionist told me he was 10 minutes away several times. They could have told me the truth, instead I’m waiting outside for over 30 minutes. I would not come here if you need to get to the airport or back comfortably.
