We had a great three day stay over spring break. The pool area is not heated, and it was cold. But my kids still went swimming. I enjoyed the fact that we were often the only people in the pool, so it was quiet. The location was perfect for us as we went to the Ark, the aquarium, and into Cincinnati. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages, and either tator tots or french toast sticks, along with yogurt, granola, three cold cereals, a variety of breads to toast, oatmeal, and waffle mix to make yourself. There was also coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and a variety of milk (including oat milk). Breakfast was often busy, but they kept the food and coffee stocked.
The beds were comfortable, the towels plush, the room clean.

Staff was friendly. We were supposed to have our room cleaned every other day since we stayed a week. They didnt come and we had to go to the front desk and only had trash emptied and new towels, not a real room cleaning. Breakfast was good and room was spacious.

We were not told the pool was closed . I booked this hotel specifically for my 8 yr old granddaughter to swim. Such a disappointment. Was not told this when checked in

We booked this hotel for a Flag football tournament. We had eight children with us who were ready to swim, but when we got there, we were told the pool was out of order. In addition, the “restaurant“ was not even a restaurant. There was no one working there, and there was no bartender. The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold.

Check-in was a slow process due, in part, to the cumbersome process to pay for parking. Breakfast was below average. Food was not the best. Eggs were like eating rubber and oatmeal was instant.

It was a nice hotel but honestly one of the lowest of the Hyatt hotels I’ve stayed at. The people were very sweet and amazing but the hotel itself had many flaws. I don’t want to point out those because overall it was okay. But one thing that is huge is I had 3 little ones, 3 and under, and they were hopping around and I noticed an exposed RUSTY metal objected connected to the heater. That should NOT be exposed. I had a love one that got cut by a rusty object and had to have their leg amputated. That is very dangerous. Especially since I have little ones hopping around. That is something that MUST be taken care of.

First off the customer service is great and the airport shuttle was spot on!
I gave the hotel a low score for the parking lot condition and lack of space for big vehicles.
I also was not impressed by the condition of the hotel. With such exceptional staff, it is well overdue for an upgrade! In addition, our couch had small black bugs all over it! We were sitting there and suddenly felt like we were being bitten! Yikes!
The ice bucket was rusted and the fridge barely functioned. Just needs an upgrade and some attention maintenance-wise!

I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay to park there…where else would I park if I’m staying at your hotel?? And it’s not just a few dollars either. Main reason I picked this hotel was because there was an indoor pool that my family and I could swim in on our free time. The pool was so cold it was unbearable to get in. It was also very dirty. The hotel overall is outdated and the breakfast area in the morning is filthy and not kept up with.

There were good and not so good things. Although the staff was friendly, I was getting mixed/conflicting answers from the employees. The parking lot was filled with really bad potholes so it was hard to maneuver around them because parking was tight to begin with. When we called to confirm the reservation, I was told the pool heater was broken and then at check in, I was told it was fixed but would take a while to heat back up. I was frustrated because that was the main reason we picked it and there was no notification that it was down. If we knew, we would have selected another hotel. There was chewing gum on the pool floor that was the there every time we went to swim. There was a pretty big stain on the sofa and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall there were a lot of things that seemed run down but pretty clean besides the gum. Breakfast was crowded and not enough seating. Also the tater tots were cold and gross even when they had just refilled them. One positive is the room size was great! For 2 adults and 4 kids, I didn’t feel cramped. The one tv was rough though because only the sofa or the beds could be watching , not both. There wasn’t anything major that would cause us to not come back, however I did feel like it was a little overpriced and nothing to make me wanna come back. It wasn’t bad for like a one or two night stay.
