Great location just off of I4 and in a nice area, with plenty of food and shops. The staff might have been the best I've ever encountered. They have a little bar area with a happy hour menu, and I was shocked at how good they make drinks. Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice. Other than a few dust bunnies running around I'd say this was a great place to stay.

Very disappointed in room design. Bathroom was so cramped I had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door to use the toilet. Curtain in the room also allowed too much light into the room (not blackout) so hard to sleep in. In room safe was unable to be used, could not be programmed to lock. Breakfast was the exact same three days in a row, no variety. Noise from the next door room easily heard making it difficult to sleep at night. Overall a very disappointing visit for three days.

This was difficult as the reservation was made several days B4 and it was for the wrong day. I spent 2 hours trying to find a phone number for Hotels.com along with every website area I might be able to contact someone anyone. I retried over the days but to no avail. I did schedule the correct days with you and that went fine but the first try changed the date by the time I hit send. I really tried my best to cancel! Even the hotel said I needed to take it up with You but You were not reachable!
