Great hotel in the middle of a shopping mall. Convenient location. We needed something close to Fordham university and this was perfect only 17 minutes away. Clean and with very good customer service.
The only con was that one of their elevators was down and we could only used one other. Family of four including adult kids. We will definitely stay here again.

The Hyatt Place was a good deal considering how expensive NYC area lodging is and very nice too boot. Pretty conveniently located, as well: two miles the Metro-North Rail or a bus ride to the NYC subway. It's built into the parking lot of an evolving mall, with plenty of amenities (if not the charm of a real city). Free breakfast was above average. Front desk staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Other employees were helpful and friendly as well. Some amenities and features are aging (the gym, the sliding bathroom door in our room), but overall the hotel is good shape and comfortable.

Love the privacy and parking was always avaliable. Front desk staff was always available 24 hours a day and willing to assist with any issues i had during my stay. Very professional team.

First all my room was given to other, The room smell kind of weird, the toilet seat was loose and last the water from the toilet looked dirty at all times.

I like the room it was clean; but the AC noise didn’t let me sleep and my last day I went to call service and discovered there was no phone in the room. So I went to website and provided a commentary. The AC was the most trouble some. The noise was too loud😩. The breakfast was good and the coffee. The reps were great!!

It was very good but when I got to my room there weee no big towels. So that was annoying . I had a gig at the raceway and I got back at 2 so it was too late to call.
