My bed had hair on it and they told me they didn’t have clean services so they just gave me news sheets and no swapping them for the customer. If I wanted to change sheets I would’ve stayed at home

I had stayed in this hotel before, but our stay was okay, but not great. The heater in our room was not working properly, so when we woke up in the morning it was 62°. In the room, the bathroom doors are a sliding opaque glass door. It did not offer much for privacy or for bathroom trips on the middle of the night when turning on the bathroom light put a lot of light into the rest of the room. The breakfast lacked variety and you could tell there were things typically offered, but missing. Like the waffle maker where there was signage and spray, but no machine or also missing coffee creamers. The dirty dishes were piled up high and the tables weren’t being wiped off either. Finally the parking fee was $25 to park in the garage (self park, not valet) and the gate was not functioning to get out. You have to scan your room key at the gate, but that didn’t work. Instead we had to call the front desk to have someone let us out of the garage.

Elevator was really slow, ran out of coffee and no mail box anywhere.

All was good with the exception of very stale breakfast food and expensive parking. We were charged 25.00 per day for parking. The topper came when we left the garage. We left the keys in the hotel room, so we had to make a call to get out of the garage. We didn’t eat there the second day because the food was so bad, which incurred more expense. Also, the water in shower went from lukewarm to cool. Definitely not what you’d expect from the Hyatt brand.

I always like staying at Hyatt properties. We were disappointed this time with the lack of blackout curtains, very thin bedding, and less than impressive breakfast. And wished the housekeeping staff checked and turned off alarms set by previous guests, as we were woken up very early to an alarm we didn't set ourselves. As a World of Hyatt member, i miss the free bottles of water given at check-in. It was comfortable, staff was polite, and the location excellent. We would stay again.
