The rooms were not in good condition. The beds had a weird smell, the pillows had more than five hairs inside the pillowcase, and they had a bad smell. The rugs and bed skirts had stains, and we had been waiting for hot water for over an hour.
The bathroom was not clean, the tiles in the bathroom did not look clean and did not smell clean, The shower curtains were also dirty.

What a fun place to stay! It is super convenient to all the down-town shopping and dining. We stayed over New Year's and went to First Night. I believe we will make this an annual event. The hotel itself is wonderful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!
