Bathroom door didn’t close all the way to lock. Sink drained slowly. The breakfast was just cold food not hot like advertised. Didn’t get a receipt for after stay emailed by doing the online check out. Had to pay for parking to stay at hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel previously and really enjoy the convenience of it being downtown. It's clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. On this specific visit, I had an issue with my card when trying to exit the garage. It would not work at all and I was stuck at the gate. I called the hotel quickly and Chris answered. I explained the issue and he literally ran over with a new card. I was so impressed with not only his eagerness to help, but with his smile and friendliness. Chris definitely created a "wow" experience because of his kind act. Thank you Chris!

Booking a room was simple , easy and reasonable
Convenient park right across the street.
The Room was clean and spacious.
They had coffee , tea and cocoa all day with an included continental breakfast.
Will be back again for sure next Penn State College visit.
