Very good location in downtown Buffalo. The staff were very friendly and the lobby is welcoming.
Bar and restaurant were good.
Swimming pool has a great view but isnt heated and was unbearably cold
My room was very dated with few amenities and really needed renovating.

Good location but hotel rooms are not in the greatest condition, the toiletries were lacking and the cold water did not work. Ice machines were also not working on most floors and there was trash from the previous occupant in our room. Lastly, the thermostat did not allow for an auto setting and the room was hot as a result.

Site staff need to be given more training! 1. Tell fuesrs about parking when they check in. Dont expect us to know we need a card to get into self park. 2. Give proper directions to nearby restaurants. We were told incorrect directions to Osteria 166 and it is literally right at the end of a walkway across the street. We wasted a lot of time and spent too much time wandering in freezing temps. Very preventable. Also no hot water in the am!

It was nice being in the middle of downtown where the places we were visiting were relatively easy to reach and go to. Also, big shout out to Kevin at the front desk area. He’s the man, made sure I was happy and everything was going smoothly the entire time I was there. Went above and beyond to handle some stuff for me too. Mans needs a raise or at the very least some acknowledgment for his ability to help make a guest comfortable while staying there. Shout out Kevin

I felt like I was untreated like cuz it was a mistaken to happen at this hotel that I thought it was snacks or for free instead of they come and ask you excuse me you got to pay for it the manager follow me to the elevator and then say where I'm going and this are you going to pay for it I felt like I was I don't steal I don't do anything but I was very screen wrong unhappy
