Only stayed for one night but it was very pleasant. Checking in and valley parking were extremely smooth and its in a central area. Overall great experience.

The staff was excellent. They quickly accommodated a room change for us without question. The location is great as well. However, we could (faintly) hear music from a nearby nightclub. Overall, I think this hotel provided good value.

Very dissapointed at condition, cleanliness and over all “suite”… carpets disgusting and bunched up snagged and stained, shower rods barely hanging on, shower fixtures are garbage, the kitchenete was the saddest thing ive ever seen, furniture gross worn out trashed, uncomfortable, end tables wobbly and beat up, mold in vents, light switches are questionable and dated, there was no climate control just a fan to cool down the room, garbage remote and tv package, incredibly dissapointed i hope to hear something back as we actually booked rooms for our wedding in april but booked before actually being inside the hotel months ago, the way it stands now i would not recomemnd this hotel, and hope to hear something soon or i plan on cancelling our block of rooms for april stay

The room was dusty and not very clean. The heater also was not very effective. Wasn’t too pleased with my stay although it was NOT cheap.

Close to events. Was not informed about the tram rides. Valet parking was a disaster on check out day. We were booked in a regular room but were put in a handicap accessible room . No counter space , no tub . No blankets on the beds only sheets in 4 degree weather ?!Room was dirty. Curtain was ripped , garbage under the bed . Used cigarettes under the bed along with earrings . Reported to desk in the evening and the desk attendant was very helpful. It looked fancy but it was very disappointing
