What you would expect of a Hyatt. 11th floor pool looking over city. Bar and restaurant on main. Stayed for a hockey game and would go back.

Hotel was average. Convenient location. Walking distance concert venue👍
My sister used the shower and found it moldy. The toilet had issues with flushing. (might have been a water pressure thing)
I was most disappointed in the lack of hospitality.
At check-in, front desk staff could not offer a single downtown Buffalo restaurant suggestion, which was crazy to me. And at check out, the guy did not even ask how our stay was, or even offer a "have a nice day". It felt like they could have cared less to have guests stay here. Just my honest impression. It was a good price. So i guess i got what i paid for.

The desk attendant wasn't very accommodating. Would not match online price. Had to go through 3rd party to get best rate. No heat in our room. Pool closes at 9 so no late night dips. For the money they charge it's not that nice! Very old building and the bathrooms show this very well. Don't waste your money if you want a nice romantic getaway!

The hotel is a place to stay and seemed safe. That’s the positives I can come up with.
The rest was less than good. The room itself was a mess, between the broken bed frame, the unvacuumed floors, the loose wiring that was hanging out of the wall (around. 15’ of it), the windows that opened but were unsafe (were very similar to guillotine because of how fast the fell and how heaved they were, other gears given my room number to check in and insisting I was in the wrong room, the dirty walls and a few tower things.
Again it was safe and a place to stay so it worked but it wasn’t worth the price.

Hotel is ok but is old and falling apart. Bathroom sink faucet was not working had to call maintenance. Also the sinks drain plug was broken. Toilet flush handle was loose and came off. Seemed to be barley hanging on. I had to open the tank lid to move handle out to allow it to latch the handle back on. Even after that it was not secure. Also noticed leak stains on roof of room. Staff and location is nice but hotel is run down.
