We had a great time!
Only small issue were the pillows were too soft, and we forgot to bring our travel pillows, but thats on us! lol

Valet was a jerk!
Wont use valet again
Day of check out I was on 10th floor and had to wait 10 minutes for the elevator because only one elevator was working
It made leaving a nightmare
No compensation for the rude valets or the check out process taking 90 minutes
Won’t stay at that Hyatt ever again!!!

We checked in the night only to realize cold water not coming in the bathroom sink/washbasin.
As it was late night, managed with cold water from bath tub.
In the morning, cold water comes with reasonable pressure but it can never be turned off, water is continuously getting wasted. The front desk sent the plumber, but he could do nothing immediately
For the price they charged, they could have atleast have one more soap in the bath tub.
Even motels are also maintaining refilling push jars with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Thus branded hotel just catered tiny sample size bottles for a room with 3 guests .
They need to step up with amenities.

We stanyed here for 5 days. Our stay was very nice close to transportation and bars and restaurants near us. the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant connected to this place Johnny Ds and the food was very delicious there. The only thing I didn't like was the free breakfast included, there is a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was delicious however they are very short staffed and takes forever to get your food. so that was the only bad thing here.

1. When checking in, we were told the parking is in the adjacent parking garage across the street. It turns out that parking there is more like a block away walking on a hot day with luggage.
2. In our room #943, the air conditioning worked but only brought the temperature down to around 78 degrees with lots of humidity. After going out to dinner and returning (about 4 hours later), the room temperature did not change. We called the front desk and explained the situation. They sent a maintenance person who fiddled with the thermostat, said it was an old model, maybe 30 years old and then said it's fixed. An hour later, no difference in the room temperature. We called the front desk and asked for a different room. We were told no other rooms were available, so we asked for at least a discount. Person said they would discuss it with the manager. 1
