Stayed for taste of Buffalo, very convenient about a two minute walk. Facility bIg and spacious, $25 to park which is worth it based on expensive parking in area. Nice facilities,restaurants, bar and. STARBUCKS IN LOBBY!!

I didn’t like the parking conditions at all. This would probably deter people from wanting to stay downtown.

The is is a very OLD and RUNDOWN place. Its in bad need of a complete upgrade. A/C doesnt work, window shade was lightweight had a huge tear so street light would shine through, making it hard to sleep. Rugs were filthy. Bathroom towels smelled musty. The ironing board was nasty, looked like they had never changed the padding. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable, and the people whonwoel there are nice. But I would never stay there ever again. This is NOT a 4-star hotel!

Even though I called and was getting charged, my reservation had been cancelled. I had asked for connecting rooms, I couldn’t get that but said I could have same floor. They tried to put us on separate floors. Did not get cleaning service the first day. A/C wasn’t that great. Definitely needs to be cleaned and updated.

We were excited to stay at the Hyatt, but this property was a let down. The reservation was for two adults and a child, but they gave us only one bed. They switched us to a double room. The room itself looked like it had seen better days. The floor was wet and seemed moldy in the carpet. We don’t feel well after sleeping in the room.

Location is amazing. Staff at this hotel very nice. The big issue is the AC. We had multiple rooms with our group and only 2 were cool enough with the 85 degree heat. They switched our room on check in because it was so warm. The second room was steamy through the weekend- not very comfortable. However the location and staff helped!

The valet parking guy is so rude. We arrived at about 11:00 pm, and the entire way was so crowded by cars, because the guy who should do valet parking just refuse to do his job and want to go home. He shouted at us to ask us go away. Can't believe such thing happens in a four star hotel. We have to do self parking by ourself carrying all our heavy packages. Really hope such thing won't happen again. But except this, everything else is pretty good.

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. When I arrived check in was quick and easy. I asked about Valet when I returned for the evening and I was told I would be good to receive it but when I returned the valet was closed and I was told that I needed to park the car myself. I was a little nervous doing so as it was late at night walking the street by myself. I wish I was told that the valet closed at a certain time so that I would have ensured I was back in time. The main concern was when I arrived in my room. Everything seemed find and the room looked clean until I entered the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling, a hug crack in the ceiling with more mold and hair in the bath tub. When I went down to speak to the staff they were very kind but could not help me due to over booking. The gentleman told me that they had no other rooms to move me to. They did offer me breakfast but this does not make up for the fact that I had to sleep in a room with mold in it. I was told by the staff member to reach out

They forgot to add that there was free parking after 5pm all surrounding the hotel and had me park in the garage for $30. Then also wanted to hold $100 a night on my debit card for incidentals.
Also they have a guy using the leaf blower at 6am every morning. It sounded like he was in my room with me. I couldn’t go back to sleep.
