Great hotel. Everything is conveniently near by. The rooms and staff are amazing. The parking valet is a bit of a problem. They have no room, not enough staff and they could not charge my car.

there was a big chunk of hair in the pool ! we called the front desk was told housing was coming they never did ! mentioned it again at check and was brushed off

Great hotel. Only complaint is the lack of outlets. A surge protector costs 6 bucks. Had to use portable chargers. Otherwise, staff is great. Location is great. Pool is great. So still 5*

This hotel is gorgeous and has a beautiful mix of historical features mixed with modern decor.

Staff was wonderful

The lobby was really cool but don’t let that fool you. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets were stained and the wallpaper had cracks in it. The hotel has potential it is just past due for a renovation. Parking was not secure and several blocks away.

Staff was warm & friendly. Right in the heart of downtown. Amenities were available as advertised. Hotel temperature was cold but it made sleeping that much easier. Would definitely stay again.

As soon as we got there (it was late), the toilet in our room flooded. Not just a little, the entire bathroom had a 1/2 of standing water. when I went to the front desk to try to find staff I had to wait 15 minutes as no one was there, no one responded to my calls, and when I rang the phone number I could hear it ringing and no one answered. They finally fixed it after about 40 minutes, but it did it again in the morning, spilling into the carpeted area of the room. Also, the iron leaked water all over my clothes, staining them. Not a good stay.

nice place to stay

Service was excellent check in was easy. Parking is either 29 dollar valley, 12 dollar parking next door or free from 5pm-8am on the street. The room was filthy. I won’t ever stay at the hotel again. There was an empty water bottle under the nightstand, dirty floor when I walked onto the 11th floor. I knew it was a dirty hotel when I saw the lint and bits of stuff all over the floor. Same with inside the room. I dropped my phone and looked for it behind the bed and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The overall appearance of the room was dinged and aged.

Loved it!

The hotel and most of its facilities and fitness center were dirty, not properly cleaned, and worn down. The room was not clean including the bathroom and garbage on the floor under the desk/table in the room from prior occupants. Wallpaper was peeling in common areas/hallways. The $25 breakfast buffet was limited and there was hair in the breakfast potatoes. Multiple plates stacked at the buffet line for use by guests were dirty.

The outside of the hotel is NOT a safe place. Homeless people. The inside smells awful. The pool is rusty. There are homeless people allowed into the building

The Huron Suite was very spacious and comfortable and perfect for our family. Pool is a bit dated and very warm due to all the glazing. Avoid the pool shower rooms as are need off a full update. Hotel is in a Good downtown location.

This is my 2nd stay here and it is in the perfect location for going to 2th of buffalos best rooftop lounge/clubs a long block to buffalos most popular party strip and great restaurants. Thank you for a great time buffalo

The desk, valet and staff were friendly and welcoming. An item was left in the room and housekeeping retrieved it and held it until we were able to return.
