This was a great first time experience. Rooms are exactly how they look in pictures online. Also great costumer service. Stores were open when I needed Motrin and tea at any time of day.

My stay had some positives, but also some significant issues. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, which was a definite highlight. However, I was disappointed by several things. The mandatory $25 resort fee and the cost of parking added a considerable amount to my overall expenses. Thes fees should be eliminated and parking discounted at the very least. Navigating the hotel was also challenging due to unclear signage. I frequently found myself lost trying to find my way to the parking lot. Finally, I noticed some discrepancies between what was advertised online and the actual hotel policies. This inconsistency was concerning. While I appreciated the clean room, these other factors unfortunately impacted my overall experience.

Overall disappointing. I understood there wasn’t room service but the options are very bad. You cannot order from Stetsons. We ended up eating bar food out of plastic containers. There was a mistake with my husband’s order so back down to the lobby he went. The steak was entirely and completely inedible grissel. As pictured on the website, the bar is swanky and sophisticated but in reality it’s all tv screens, like a Buffalo Wild Wings. You can’t even see the river or sky line. Doors slam all night. The cleaning staff was hollering in the hall at 8 am. There’s no pool. And not for nothing but the TVs in the room are stuck on soap opera mode- unwatchable. I thought the Regency line was a better brand but this one is like a budget hotel. There are much better options for lodging all over Chicago and right in that same neighborhood.
