My family and I enjoyed the Hyatt. Great location. Beautiful and clean hotel. Everyone we came across was very friendly and helpful. Our view was the 34th floor and we loved every bit of it.

Great stay in such a great city! The hotel was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the millennium suite, which was huge!!! We were allowed an early checkin without any extra charge and everyone we came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is so conveniently located to lots of major attractions. Lots of good food choices as well! Highly recommend!

Idk if it is standard in Chicago but not having a microwave in the room was pretty annoying. Having leftovers from dinner in the fridge and getting back to the room late, then having to go down to the second floor to warm it up is low key horrible.

Beautiful property. The entire hotel staff was very welcoming. The location is perfect, on the river. The view from the room was stunning. The river and the lake. The room was modern looking, exceptionally clean and the AC was perfect for the summer weather. The bar was a nice place to grab a drink. The steak house had amazing food and exceptional service. Definitely a hotel I would go back to when visiting Chicago.

What I like about this property was to be near all touristic places in Downtown Chicago.
What I didn't like was the sudden closings in dining options in the hotel without notice. It made you change plans and lose the $25 discount on restaurant after 5 pm.

The hotel sits in a very good area, close to the river, shopping and food options. It would be even better if they had a pool for quests to relax in after spending their time out and about.
