My husband and I stayed for a concert at the venue across the street. The hotel itself was clean, our room was perfect - and quiet.
I love how close this hotel is to restaurants and bars. You can basically park your car and go have a great time.

At check-in, I did not get Wi-Fi password or vouchers for breakfast, that was included in my room rate. In the morning, I tried to get vouchers for the breakfast and they told me I didn’t need a voucher. After going to the breakfast area, they told me I needed a voucher. 🙄
Heat was not working the first night. Went to the front desk in the morning they said someone would come in and look at it during the day. when I came back to the room at 5 PM. No one had address the situation yet. At six, the maintenance person did come and fix the heat.

The folks at the front desk and bar were wonderful! The bed was terrible. Extremely stiff, like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The rooms are ok, but the bathrooms are worse for wear. The ice machines were dirty, and definitely need the lines flushed. Quality low for the price. Valet tacks on $40/night

The elevator was very cool with the glass. Loved being able to get a good cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning before hitting the road! Very nice place! Our valet and desk service was so kind to us and helpful! Will be definately staying again the future!
