I absolutely love the view of Milwaukee from this hotel. It is so much fun watching the people walking on the street. There are so many fun things to do that is nearby. Hotel is very well kept, up to date, nice hot showers, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There is a nice affordable George Webb restaurant just across the street that is open 24 hours, plus many other places to eat, from bar food to fine dining. I give them 10 stars.

Late check in; room was booked as two bed; at check in told reservation was changed to King bed; I did not make that change; no two bed rooms available; we took the king and made due; room was sprayed with some type of deodorizer when we got to room - so strong it made you cough; this was not a good experience at all.

I stay here about once a month; this was the first time my room was not ready and got a cot with a king bed. The person in front of us was given free parking and still got the room they reserved while I was offered nothing to accommodate the inconvenience.
This is a great location, clean and normally more hospitable.

Arrived at 7:35pm and our room was not ready. Told us to wait and they would text us when ready. Check-in was to be at 3pm. 35 min later I had a text and proceeded to again wait in the line of people 20 deep to check in AGAIN. Hotel had given several families on our team with food and drink vouchers for their trouble. Nothing for us. Two of the four elevators were down. For the hundreds of people in the building even 4 working elevators wouldn’t be enough. No luggage carts made available so multiple trips up and down the stairs. Spent way too much time waiting on an elevator- ridiculous. Overnight the building smelled so strong of weed- everyone was complaining. For a “non-smoking” establishment it was pretty awful. Cleaning staff were VERY friendly and kind. Front desk staff were rude and seemed like they were doing everyone a favor by being there.

I liked the secure access required to enter guest floors in the elevator. The facility seemed quite secure and safe. The room needed a little TLC but more of a worn down feel over a cleanliness issue. One chair was stained and the drain for the bathtub seemed broken. Very convenient location if going to to Fiserv and all staff encountered were great!

TV remote didnt work, the carpet wasnt vacuumed well at all, leftover crumbs and cereal. Shower pressure was Garbage and needs a new shower head. Absolutely not worth my 170$ stay. However i did appreciate the validated garage parking. Didnt use the Valet parking, but the two young men were professional, and Ethan was very helpful with directions. LOVED MILWAUKEE!!!

Went for a volleyball tournament in the Baird Center. Was really nice to be able to use the walkway and not have to walk outside. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Be sure to get your parking validated or you'll pay full price and not have the in/out, it was a little confusing.
