Would stay here if we are visiting again. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is showing its age a touch but that is the only thing. I recommend getting the breakfast with your reservation you won’t be disappointed!

The Hyatt was beautiful! Only downfall was the cost of our meal in the restaurant! Parking was only $30 a night, that was a nice surprise!

This hotel was super close to the event I was attending. Checking in & out was super quick & easy. The room & bathroom were clean . I’ll definitely stay here again .

The room was not what I expected. We looked out onto a plaster wall and it smelled like chlorine. Should not have paid $300 per night for such a prison-like room. Very disappointed for our first trip to Minneapolis.

Comfortable beds, Easy Transportation right out the front door. Food was good (priced a little high). Amazing Staff

Our room was on the 4th floor facing Nicolett, and it was very noisy. The bed was not very comfortable. I did appreciate the extra counter space and outlets in the bathroom.

The rooms were great and the hotel was way nice. Some homeless people wonder in the area and parking was pricey, but to be expected downtown Minneapolis. I would definitely stay again

The property is fine…we just made the mistake of walking around the hotel/downtown. A homeless guy followed me for more than a block, my family of four walked through a marijuana cloud and my eight year son said he was scared as we walked back from dinner. I don’t see this as a Hyatt issue. It’s a downtown Minneapolis issue.

First of all, I've been to this hotel four times, and each time it gets worse. I'll start by saying that my reservation was made through Expedia. It was a huge problem at check-in because the receptionist isn't very knowledgeable, and when I spoke to her boss, it got worse because she wanted to double-charge me the money they take for any inconvenience. Plus, parking gets more expensive every day because they charge you for every entry and exit, which is terrible since it's under construction and it was quite overwhelming to park my truck. We always stay at this hotel because my children and their friends, who came with us this time, love to play basketball, and having a court available is great. But this court is getting more neglected, dirty, and hotter every day (we asked for the air conditioning to be turned on, and the manager said no, because it could affect other guests. Which guests? That area is the loneliest and most dangerous in the entire hotel). When we got to the room and wanted to take a shower, it turned out the tub started to flood, and we had to wait almost 40 minutes before the others could shower. The tub was full of mold and rusty things. It was obvious they haven't given it the necessary maintenance. In the end, they fixed it. Breakfast is not included, and going to the buffet was the most unpleasant and expensive thing I've ever paid for, since it was a simple continental breakfast, which is included in any hotel. I will never book at this hotel again.
