It was a great experience. Very convenient for the price as we flew in on a late flight the day before our cruise. So we decided to book here and also decided to take the shuttle the cruise line offers at the airport to the port the day of. The restaurant was great with great food and Russell the bartender was great as well! Very attentive. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the Tv was huge, was not expecting that. Will def be back again soon for sure!

Very nice experience. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Restaurant, bar, work out center, and pool were all great. The hotel is comfortable oasis in the middle of the airport terminal. Couldn’t be any more convenient for my flight. It was the perfect stay.

It hotel was very nice and comfortable however, my partner lost his wallet in the bar close to last call. When we went looking for it, the staff gave us the run around. I felt as if they were telling us whatever to go away. It wasn't about the money in it or the cards (which we locked) we needed his DL and work badge. They took our information and claimed they would investigate.
The key card stop working at 1130p the first night we stayed. Could not access elevator or door.

Horrible service! Ordered breakfast through room service, they got order wrong when I called about getting it corrected they yelled at me stating they had other orders ahead of me and were put out because I asked for the items they left off my order (1/2 of order was missing) it was $67 for breakfast only got 1/2 of it!
Entire place (room and halls smell like cigarettes and it’s a non smoking hotel)

The hotel was not only convenient for our early a.m. flight but was also very spacious and confortable. The rooms seem to have been newly renovated. With young kids, we appreciated the motion nightlights. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is overall a very nice hotel and convenientlylocated in the terminal. The style is a little dated, but the staff is friendly and professional, and they have a rooftop pool which is very cool. My only complaint is the bed pillows are small squares making them horrendously uncomfortable.
