Hotel was close to the airport, so a great location for a business trip. Parking on site is $48/day which is steep. But the hotel is very clean, the staff members are friendly and helpful, and the bed was really comfortable. There is a restaurant on site - typical prices for a hotel in a major city/near airport, but the food was good. I would stay again.

Stopped here for 2 nights on our way home to Maui from Phoenix. Explored SF in a day in a half. HRSFA offered a safe space for us to come back to after a full day of travel around SF. The staff and services were great. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to SFO. Mahalo!!

I didn't like the overall design of the room. The extra wall behind the bathroom door was unnecessary and made the room awkward to walk through abd feels crammed.
The hair dryer was missing the black intake cover on the back so it kept sucking my hair in and burning inside the hair dryer during use.
There were 2 bottles of Costco sized 16.9oz water bottle in the room but it's only complimentary to elite member, the rest of us had to pay $4 each. That's ridiculous priced. Luckily i planned ahead and brought my own water.
Also, what's the deal with charging hotel guests $48/night for parking?!

The hotel itself was gorgeous, staff were friendly for the most part, one was a bit impatient it seemed but wasn’t too bad to write off the entire staff. The dining options and breakfast were fantastic, the review dropped for me personally because of the room itself. It was quite dusty, with a pretty uncomfortable mattress and an AC that even at its highest barely cooled the room.

My one-night stay was just okay, but I expected more from a Hyatt. I was also not impressed with the check-in process. The staff who checked me in wasn't able to accurately tell me how to get from the garage to my room, so I was glad that there was mostly good signage. I did double-back several times on the way in and the way out.

The ventilation in the rooms is rather stifling. The fixtures and carpets are beginning to show wear. The check in clerk ran my deposit through twice when it appeared that the card reader was not working. I was only told that the deposits would come off of the card after my stay. Could be better. The restaurant is over priced and the food was meh.
