The mattress bed nearest the wall in room 4010 needs replacing. Creeks every time you move and sinks in. Otherwise the stay was great!

After a long day and our luggage not arriving.... uugghhh the entire experience at the Hyatt Regency SFO was a 10/10. The check in seamless, they provided toiletries as we were missing luggage. We had a bite to eat and a drink at the bar which is open late ( thankfully).
Then as if not enough we left an item behind that when we called the staff was again 10/10 helping us to get it mailed back to our home. So grateful for the staff. Clean room quiet and comfortable. Big fan of this location. Easy shuttle to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Travelled for a conference. Got a singlr queen bed on 7th floor. No issues with the room, what you see is what you get. The hotel is nice, with an huge open atrium, so everything looks airy and nit congested.

Very clean, modern hotel. Stayed a night there, flew out, and stayed another night when we flew in. The main reason we booked this hotel was the park and fly and shuttle to airport features. There are a couple of things we did not like. Both stays it was very noisy until very late at night - 3 am. Try not to get a room anywhere near the elevator. You can hear the thing going up and down all night, even if you are 5 rooms away from it. Other guests in SF are very rude, yelling and screaming in the hallways, partying in the rooms until very late. Bring some really good noise cancelling earbuds.

Arriving late, there just was not enough people handing checking in. I was thirsty when I got into my room and found two waters, but they each were $4.00 unless I get the elite package. The bed was comfy but I guess folks do not understand that talking in the hallway can be heard easily in my room. The door locked door that connects to the neighbor next where I stayed looked bent. The hotel also experienced a power outage and those stairways were very dark. The staff that morning heading out were very helpful.

Five minutes from the San Francisco airport! Free shuttle to the airport in the morning running every 10 minutes. Nice bistro and bar upstairs to unwind after a long day. Great coffee at the bistro Café. clean, quiet room and comfortable bed.

I stay here for work events a few times a year and it's always a sure thing. Only once did I get a room that seemed a bit run down but it was fine. I love the blackout blinds and the room that has the small half wall so that it isn't a direct look to the door... helps to keep the room very dark and I get a great sleep that way. Nice beds, comfy pillows etc. Had a late check out last time and was annoyed that the cleaning staff twice barged in despite having a sign on the door and getting late check out.
Staff are polite at the front desk and the restaurant and bar are nice.

I didn’t get to finish my last post. I rented two rooms. Not only were a couple of the staff folks not very pleasant to deal with but there was also leftover used wash cloths in the room hanging over on the shower rod. Have had pleasant experiences before but after this last trip I definitely won’t be returning. Positive note though….restaurant food was very good!

Convenient place to stay near SFO. Great service from all staff: friendly and efficient. Awesome shuttle service. Property is a little dated, neighborhood (though super convenient to SFO) has not much to see or do. Property does not offer in-room dining.

This whole property had many issues with ADA compliance. It was impossible to get from the parking garage to the hotel without using stairs. There seemed to be many levels of the lobby and mezzanine that couldn't be accessed by anything other than stairs.

Staff service varied. Not much smile or welcoming atmosphere at the front desk chatting away. No enthusiasm. Inside the coffee maker was so dirty. Mold coffee powder remaining. But the driver of the shuttle was wonderful.
