Hotel Shuttle: During times where the shuttles are supposed to come every 15 minutes, there were times where I waited 30-45 minutes for one.

For a brand such as Hyatt regency this hotel looks like it hasn't been updated for 100 years. Very old , very drab very uninspiring hotel to be in . Very ordinary but did the job for an overnight stay close to the airport
Positive was the food which was good despite the restaurant being boring . Also the shuttle was good
