荷物も自分で運んだしチェックイン以外、殆どスタッフと関わる事がなかった中で唯一朝食のビュッフェで女性に英語で「どれくらい取る？」と聞かれて聞き取れず検討違いの答えをしてしまったら呆れた顔をされて笑われました。
部屋は綺麗でしたがお風呂の床がヌルついていたし、ちょっと残念でした。

The property was really nice. Lots of emenities. The Moss Oaks restaurant has great food. Just remember there is a daily resort fee. They offer daily perks. Only valet parking available.The only thing was the floor I was on had a constant wet smell in the hallway. Not sure what was going on in that hallway. The room was beautiful, clean, great view, the patio was great. The bed was hard a little firmer than I prefer. The housekeeping staff was great and responsive. The hotel has great access to the river walk area to all the shops, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything. The staff was particularly welcoming and helpful and I loved the view from my room. Loved the guys at the valet station-they were always so very helpful. I was not so enamoured with the staff at the bar. The Hyatt is my "go to" place and this did not disappoint.
