Property was modern, sleek and upscale designed. Everywhere was very clean. Even gym and pool.

This was our second stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. The service is outstanding. We mentioned to our bellhop that we were celebrating our anniversary and he drops off a gift certificate to on site restaurant Moss & Oaks. Which leads to my next point. Savannah is full of great restaurants but one of the best one's is Moss and Oak. The food is amazing. We loved the location being on the river and all the restaurants , the bus tours and shopping. I highly recommend this location.

The property was close to the arena that we were attending a concert at and the valet team were great. That was the only real positive I can say about our stay. The hotel room itself was very dark, the lighting was terrible and hard to see in the room. The food at the restaurant on site was overpriced and mediocre. The staff was not pleasant. Parking on site was very inconvenient from the aspect of it was valet only and they close at certain hours, and you had to leave your key with the front desk when you would return. It just seemed a little sketchy and unreliable.

What a location! What a view! We enjoyed our mornings watching the cargo ships go by the room window, and our afternoons walking River Street with the family. Our new Savannah spot!

I loved the staff, especially in the coffee shop. They were so helpful. I was happy they had an elevator that took us to the river. The view from our room was fabulous and I can’t wait to go back.
