Inca Inn

The bathroom window screen was damaged and laying on the ground. The parking is tight with no accomadation for a second vehicle. Three gas grills are available off premisis at the sister Adventure Inn which we used without drama. Arun was running both properties after the Inca Inn clerk moved to Texas and did a great job!

This is the old style motel where the rooms have been modernized. Realize that the walls are thin so you hear people on both sides of you. Clean and seems to be kept well.

Sultani restaurant right in front was delicious, we could walk to it ! Food was good service was great , ate there twice

First, the positives. Our room was clean and relatively comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being right off the highway. I'm kind of persnickety about mattresses and I slept well on this one. The motel was conveniently located. The young man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Now, the not-so positives. We had to check in at the hotel at the other end of the block. It wasn't a huge deal but by the time we arrived, we were tired and just wanted to get settled. Parking was a nightmare. There was supposed to be a spot right in front of our door but that was taken and the lot was full. The second night there were fewer cars. The bathroom, though spacious and clean, smelled like sewer and the paint was peeling off the ceiling. The shower was huge but didn't have a soap dish or shelf to put your toiletries. The hair dryer was mounted right above the toilet, which was at least five feet from the vanity. There wasn't even a hook to hang a jacket on in the room. It's a family owned business and you can tell they're trying. It wasn't horrible but there is room for improvement. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower, it's fine.

Staff was friendly but hotel was very low budget and dirty. We had two queen beds but one had dirty linens (stained pillows, sheets, and top blanket). It looked like nothing had been cleaned since the previous occupants. TV and some electrical outlets were broken.

Affordable place to stay near wonderful nature and national parks. Moab is a great city. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly. However, the floor on the shower had an interesting texture on stepping there, the microwave had a missing handle and the coffee machine did not works. Most of the furniture was very worn.

This place was pretty gnarly. Cockroaches in the shower, a sink that leaked all over the floor, thin walls, extremely dirty curtains and shower curtain...not the best experience. I know it's cheap but spend a little more money and stay elsewhere.

Room was clean but had a bad smell like sewer. I would have asked for my money back but was given another room. Wasn’t happy I had to walk to the next motel to check in on a busy street. Had to do that twice.

Convenient location. Walkable into town which was great as didnt have to find other parking. And close to parks.

For the price it was ok. Some things in room were updated but you could tell some areas had taken a beating. My only complaint was the awful sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom every day.

The beds were clean and acceptable for sleeping. The rest of the room was not very clean. Fingerprints and drips visible all over the bathroom. Corners and other areas visibly dirty. No lamps for 2 out of 3 beds and hardly any outlets. The room has 3 queen beds with only 2 chairs.

The beds were comfy, The rooms clean for an older motel. The bathroom was small, towels were worn. For the price and what we needed it served our purpose well.

The space was comfortable. Nothing special. It was out-dated, older motel. Our room only had a shower and bathroom was very small. Again, nothing special. Not the most quiet space, so you may want to bring ear plugs. We thought the price of the room made the reservation worth the short time we spent there.

Exactly what we needed...

Felt safe during the stay. Hotel room was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was spacious especially the shower. Water pressure in the shower was weak. It was disappointing that there was an envelope for a tip for housekeeping, yet very little housekeeping was done while we were there. We stayed 3 nights and the trash was emptied 2 of the 3 nights. The bed was never made, the floor was never swept, there was a spill stain that was on the floor when we arrived.
