Everything was quick and easy the staff were nice.

Good Service and understanding.

It could use some updates. The bathroom door was dirty and it was a smokey floor and I don't smoke. I didn't see any extra blankets for it got a little colder into the nite. And it looked like a burn on the toilet seat and I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room .

Sink stopper not working, missing bathtub and kitchen sink stoppers, didn't supply advertised amenities for extended stay, thermostat in room not working properly, tv control not responsive. But on the good side - room was clean. All in all, what you might expect for the price.

It was very quiet.i was able to get plenty of rest..service desk employees were very nice.

Plenty of hot water

Everything was wonderful. Only problem I had was the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and the bathroom wasn’t clean.

Young man at check-in was helpful and accommodating or I would have left. Grounds were full of empty liquor bottles and trash. There are better hotels around at the same price. Won’t book this property again.

Poor service Poor room Bad smell

I normally have a good stay, but this time I was disappointed. The toilet it wobbled, the bed sheets had stains on them and when I pulled the cover back it was a piece of a condom wrapper, the floors was dirty to where my socks turned black and I threw them away, one of the wash cloths has a black stain on it and the bathroom door handle was loose.

Room requested non smoking. Room given had a strong odor and smoke smell. The hotel does not look well maintained. Requested cancelation and did not stay.

Room had no toilet paper and hadnt been really cleaned in a long time.

It was a good property, I would consider staying there again

Check in was at 3:00. We waited for 2 hours for our room to be ready. They said they were short staffed. We finally got in at 5:00 and the room was filthy. Hair in tub and sink. Toothpaste splattered all over sink and mirror. Crumbs on the floor

The floors were clean the toilet in the bathroom needed a little bit more cleaning and the hallways need to be cleaned

This was a last minute booking. Many properties sold out because of parents weekend. The room was filthy. I have never experienced anything like it

We had to wait over an hour and a half in the lobby waiting on our room to be ready. Once we were finally able to get into our room, it was extremely dirty. There were dead bugs on the ground, hairs on the floor, as well as hair on the shower walls. We had to hurry out of our room to catch a wedding, and asked that our room be re-cleaned while we were out. We’re hoping our room is clean by the time we get back, but we are not optimistic. Extremely disappointed and will never book here again.
