Inn America - Lewiston

Desk person and all employes were helpful and courteous. The building seems very old and only in fair condition. Age and condition of beds could be better if replaced. This is a low cost hotel; But during the WSU graduation weekend, it was overpriced like every hotel in the area. Breakfast was minimal, that's OK, but on this weekend price it could have been better.

This property was okay. The doors do not seal properly so air and noise go through them. Also we asked for maid service and we never received it. They were nice enough about it but they seem understaffed. Also the air conditioning does not work properly. It seemed to be too warm and didn’t cool down enough even when we kept turning the temp down. The desk chair was way too low and couldn’t be adjusted and there was no place to sit in our room except the bed. For about $300 a night, we were very disappointed and will plan not to stay there again.

Keep in mind you pay for what you get. The rooms are loud. We had the upstairs residents walking over our heads all night. Beds are not comfortable like sleeping on a peoce of wood. Breakfast is a joke. McDonald's across the street is better.

Easily accessible parking lot and property, with nearby dining and shopping options. Having a room with a view of the water is an added bonus.

I had a horrible experience here with my children.. The floors were black. The towels were dirty. The beds were dirty the windowsills Were filled with bugs and ashes and filth.. When I brought my concern up to the front desk and tried to show housekeeping these pictures, they denied even looking at them and refused to refund or even apologize. Nicotine packs on the floor in the room. Every drawer was filled with dirt and sap. Highly disappointed!

My room had an adjoining door and it sounded like the guy next door was standing in my room when he was on the phone--no privacy. Breakfast area was very small--two tables and 4 chairs. Coffee was good.

It was ok for the one night ! Water &shower was great

Beds are hard, very noisy

It was an okay stay for the money. Overall clean, older hotel. Although we were in nonsmoking rooms the smell of pot being used was very strong through the whole stay.

They never came and cleaned our room. The beds didn’t match and one bed was hard and not comfortable. Probably will look at other places if we go back to Lewiston.

Front desk people were nice but not very efficient.

There was food left in the fridge and we had no hot water. We were tol that they knew this. And they were working on it. But when i mentioned it when we checked out they said they didnt know about it

I was checked in right away upon arrival. Very nice experience. We had a minor issue with one of the pieces of furniture. It was dealt with right away by a very pleasant staffer.

We have stayed here many times. It's convenient, quiet, well-placed, and reasonably priced.

Great place for an overnight stay

I consider in America hotels as a business style Hotel. I have stayed at one previously and it was quite nice. This one seems to be lacking in attention on ownership side. The staff was accommodating, at minimum but still good. Regarding the ownership side, the hotel seem to be pretty well used or beat up from Travelers which I understand but their maintenance and upkeep is a little bit lacking. The beds are my biggest complaint, they were terrible. You could feel the Springs through the mattress and you had to find a quote/unquote sweet spot to sleep on. If the beds were comfortable I would accept it as an affordable business Hotel. I won't go on a rant like I see a lot of people do on the reviews. There are quite a few things that could use Improvement but I will leave that alone this time. I would put my blame on ownership rather than staff. The staff was cordial, quiet, and accommodating as best they could with what they were given.
