The outside appearance of this hotel was not very welcoming because it was overgrown with weeds and tree branches hanging and it looked very untidy. It almost made it look like it was shut down. The staff however in the rooms were decent

The hotel is great as this is the second time I have booked lodging here. The only problem is that the heat in my room didn't seem to work. Fortunately, it was not needed. The staff are great and very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible. Just a little paper bag with a water bottle, piece of fruit, and a granola bar.
The room had a stovetop, but NO utensils or pans or things to cook with of any kind.
The hottub jets were didn't work.

Our room was not serviced and we ended up with dirty towels. I had to go to the front desk and request new towels for the second day. Also after checking in the first night and going out to dinner upon our return we were locked out of our room. I went to the front desk and asked why. The woman looked at the computer and replied that the charge to my credit card was rejected. I asked her to run it again and it went through immediately. They should have called me or at lest ran the card more than once. Then rugs were stained and paint was peeling. But most of the staff was pleasant.
