This property was near a Factory Outlet shopping center; this would have been a great deal for anyone looking for that kind of experience. The property was clean; quiet and the continental breakfast was actually pretty good! A quintessential NM breakfast!! I'll stay here again and again whenever I am in the area.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown but I’m glad we stayed out here. Highly recommend.

Nice property, we've stayed here many times. But this.time they wanted to charge us $20 for early check-in. Front desk lady was rude. When we went back later a different crew and they were much nicer!

Provide information for clean towel exchanges. Make sure door locks work in each room (mine worked but was falling apart). Staff were made aware. No problems with staff. Slightly outdated facility. The included breakfast was nice. Might return.

Nice, clean room with a good shower. Reasonably priced and located within an easy drive to downtown Santa Fe. Fitness center is better than most. Breakfast adequate. Staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The property was fine, the location too. We had to check out due to an overuse internet problem (which we never heard of). The front desk employee told us because the hotel was completely booked, we couldn't receive Internet service. This was a problem for us, so we checked out.

When I tried to access the hotel wifi, I received an error message that the hotel had reached it's 100 user max. I asked at the front desk and the attendant said there was nothing he could do about it and "that's just the way it is". I asked to have a manager contact me and they never did. Also, my room had a very unclean smell.
