Couldn't be better. Perfect for a morning appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. A little pricey but well worth it.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Cleveland Clinic

The accommodations and service was excellent! The Table 45 service and food was equally exceptional!

Extremely comfortable bed and nicely appointed room. My only negative was the need of a good touch up; The corridor walls need to be painted.

The food was not good. Very expensive and mediocre.

excellent hotel

This is my second time staying here while visiting the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel location is very convenient especially when it’s cold you can just use the skywalk to the hospital. The hotel is beautiful and clean which I appreciate. The restaurants had delicious food and all the staff from the restaurant staff, room service staff to the housekeeping staff were all very welcoming. Everyone was welcoming exception for one lady at the front desk that wasn’t friendly. Every interaction with her came across as we were bothering her. She was not welcoming and never smiled. Other than this one lady the stay was delightful!

Hotel for the Cleveland, fantastic. There is a link bridge from level 3 that takes you from the hotel to the hospital. Staff are so nice and accomodating. About 30-40 minute transfer from the airport.

Wonderful hotel with clean, modern, spacious rooms. Courteous staff and quick valet services. Just steps off elevator to the Cleveland Clinic, perfect for early and multi day appointments. I won’t stay anywhere else on my regular visits to the clinic.

The staff from beginning to the time we left the property were warm and eager to please and handle our needs. We also noticed. Kudos to The front desk staff, the housekeeper Khadija, the room service attendant and the staff at the C2 Bar and Lounge. Only wish there was a direct line (button on the in-room telephone) to the front desk - had to press a concierge button and then transferred. This was a mild issue not enough to lower the 5 star rating

Great except the room wasn’t available until 2 hours after check in … it made us late for a concert, but they were polite about it.
